According to Mr. Souvannalard Saiyavong deputy of Lao Olympic Committee said on interview to Lao mass media on 26/2/2008 that : "There're no athlete village in this 25th SEA Games, the athletes will stay in hotels, guest houses accomodations, in Vientiane and the provinces receiving in this SEA Games."
He said : « we don t know exactly how many Lao athletes will join in this SEA Games; the last SEA Games in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand ( 6-15 December 2007 ), 670 Lao athleletes were competing ». Forwards exact information about SEA Games will be told after the 2nd Meeting of SEA Games Autorithies Committee in November 2009.
